3 reviewed party hostels · from €18.95/night · Hostelworld rated
Rimini’s nightlife runs on two things: sand and shots. The action spills along the beachfront promenade, especially near **Via Lungomare Claudio Tintori**, where hostel bars and open-air clubs keep the music going until sunrise. **Sunflower Beach Backpacker Hostel & Bar** sits right in the thick of it, its own bar pumping out cheap Aperol spritz and pints of Peroni from 6 pm. The hostel’s party concierge sells tickets to the pub crawl that hits three bars and a club, throws in a free T-shirt, and organises transport so you don’t have to navigate the night alone. Most backpackers end up here at least once: it’s the default hub for anyone travelling solo and looking to meet others.

Definitely one of the best party hostels in town (they say it's the best, but competition is fierce). Their Pub and Disco crawl is quite famous, and their Bar, swimming pool and chiringuito are always bustling with people and music. They offer happy hour and free pasta every night and big funky parties with live concerts and DJs every weekend.
Hostel with fresh, young & fun atmosphere. It has a lively Rooftop bar that serves cheap drinks and organise regular barbecues, parties and events and is perfect for meeting other travellers. You can also join one of their Pub&Disco crawl, and you get also many discounts to discos, aquapark, sea sports, restaurants and pubs at the beach and in town.
Crazy party hostel with amazing vibes. The lively on-site bar offers the best beer and cocktails in the city. Three times a week, they organize a wild Rimini pub and disco crawl. Daily happy hour events are perfect for guest socializing. Discounted tickets available for the best local nightclubs.
Organised nights out with a local guide
Starts at **Sunflower Beach Backpacker Hostel & Bar** at 10.30 pm. The crawl visits three bars: usually including **Old England Pub**: and ends at a club (often **Pascià** or **Coconuts**). Tickets include a free T-shirt, three shots, and one drink at the club. Transport between venues is organised, so you won’t need to navigate alone. Groups are mixed, mostly 18–30, and the crawl often ends with a beach after-party at sunrise.
How Rimini's nightlife zones break down
The beachfront strip where Sunflower Hostel sits. Lined with hostel bars, gelato shops, and beach clubs, it’s the epicentre of backpacker nightlife. By day, it’s all sunbeds and volleyball; by night, the promenade becomes a free outdoor party. **Via Lungomare Claudio Tintori** is the main drag, with most venues within a 10-minute walk.
Just north of Bellariva, Marina Centro is where the upmarket hotels and lidos sit. The nightlife here is pricier: cocktail bars and seafood restaurants: but it’s also home to **Pascià**, Rimini’s biggest club. The area is quieter during the day, with a long stretch of sandy beach perfect for escaping the backpacker crowds.
A 15-minute walk inland from the beach, this neighbourhood feels more local. Small trattorias serve handmade pasta for €8, and the piazzas fill with families during the day. At night, the area quiets down, but **Altromondo Studios** draws a crowd looking for underground electronic music. Stay here if you want to mix partying with a taste of authentic Rimini.
Where the hostel pub crawls end up, and where to go on your own
The hostel’s own bar is where most nights start. Happy hour runs 6–8 pm: €3 spritz, €4 cocktails, €2 shots. The crowd is a mix of solo travellers and groups, mostly 18–30. By 10 pm, the dance floor fills up with people who’ve just met over a game of beer pong. No cover charge, but arrive early for a seat on the sand-facing terrace.
A 54-year-old British pub on **Via dei Mille** that serves the best hot dogs in Rimini: topped with crispy onions and mustard for €4.50. They pour proper pints of Guinness and Newcastle Brown, which you won’t find in most Italian bars. Live football on the screens, darts in the back, and a crowd that’s half expats, half locals. Gets packed on match nights and before the pub crawl sets off.
A 10-minute walk north of Sunflower, Coconuts is the go-to for daytime parties. Sunbeds cost €15 (includes a drink), but the real action starts at 5 pm when the DJ kicks off. Expect house and commercial hits, foam parties on Thursdays, and a crowd that’s mostly 20-somethings. Entry is free before midnight, €10 after. Drinks are €8–10, but happy hour (5–7 pm) knocks them down to €5.
Rimini’s biggest club, 15 minutes by taxi from the city centre. Three floors: commercial on the ground, R&B in the basement, and techno on the roof terrace. Entry is €15–20 (includes one drink), but hostel guests can sometimes blag guest-list spots through Sunflower. Dress sharp: bouncers turn away flip-flops and vests. Opens at midnight, peaks at 2 am, and runs until 5 am.
A smaller, more underground club near the train station. Plays techno, drum & bass, and house, with local and international DJs. Entry is €10–15, drinks €7. The crowd is older (25+) and less rowdy than Pascià. Opens at 11 pm, but the best sets start after 1 am. Check their Instagram for theme nights: often LGBTQ+ friendly or vinyl-only.
A 20-minute bus ride south in Gabicce Mare, this open-air club is worth the trip for its over-the-top Roman-gladiator decor and massive dance floor. Plays commercial and EDM, with foam parties and confetti cannons most nights. Entry is €20–25 (includes one drink), but Sunflower sometimes organises group transport for €10 return. Runs 11 pm–5 am, peaks at 3 am.
