It has a handful of low-key beach bars and guesthouses popular with travellers looking to escape the crowds without leaving the island. Less party-focused than the main beach, but a solid spot for sundowners before heading back south.

It sits right on White Beach and is known for its cocktails and sangria pitchers, which are a solid alternative to the usual beer-and-bucket scene. Live acoustic acts perform most evenings from around 7pm.

Named after the Beatles song, this long-standing bar is popular for its live band performances covering rock, pop, and OPM (Original Pilipino Music). It draws a slightly older crowd of travellers and expats but is welcoming to anyone. The open-air setup and cold San Mig make it a great warm-up stop before heading to the clubs.

Famous on the island for its 15-shooter challenge, Cocomangas has been a Boracay institution for years. It draws backpackers and groups looking for a high-energy night with cheap shots and a party atmosphere that builds fast. Get there before 10pm if you want a seat; it fills up quickly.
